Place your air fryer on a flat and food safe surface.
Grab a medium mixing bowl and add the dry ingredients.
Next add your melted butter.
Mix in the wet ingredients. I mix everything with either a hand mixer or my Kitchen Aid on the speed of 3.
Turn off the mixer and use a plastic spatula.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Put the loaf pan on the counter and use the spatula to place the mixture in the well greased or buttered pan.
Add the pan into the air fryer and “bake” on 375 for 20 minutes.
Stop the air fryer with 2 minutes to go to sprinkle more chocolate chips on top if you desire.
Once the timer goes off, place the loaf pan on the cooling rack for at least 25 minutes.
Slice and enjoy !
