This #serveitupsundaymeal was a huge hit! A very quick and easy Tuscan chicken skillet meal is what’s for dinner tonight. Heres the deets:

4 slices of #bacon
1/2 of a white onion
1/2 cup of #mushrooms
1/4 cup of #sun dried tomatoes
2 cups of spinach
3 garlic cloves
3 cups chicken broth
1 1/2 cups of heavy #whipping cream #ketodiet
1/2 pound of chicken or tofu
( If you want to really switch it up, make it a seafood pasta and add your favorite seafood to the dish!)
Add zoodles or one serving of #spaghetti /pasta noodles. Mix in
#castironskillet for 20 minutes and #voila
Red pepper flakes , Tuscan season , salt and pepper to taste !
