  4. Daily Gratitude: Write down at least three things you are grateful for every day.
  5. Daily Small Win: Identify and achieve at least one small win every day, no matter how small it is.
  6. Daily Self-Care: Take at least 30 minutes every day to practice self-care, whether it’s a bubble bath, a yoga class, or simply meditating.
  7. Less Alcohol: Consuming less alcohol for the entire 30 days of the challenge.
  8. Reasonable Meals: Stick to a healthy and balanced diet for the entire 30 days of the challenge.
  9. No Excuses: No matter what happens, no excuses are allowed. Stick to the daily tasks and complete them to the best of your ability.
  10. Daily Accountability: Share your progress with a friend or a community to hold yourself accountable and receive support and encouragement.
