reselling thrift store flips

Have you ever been told you should only sell clothes from the thrift store? Do you want to make money clearing out your home or from shopping at the thrift? Why would one do this you ask…..

We all have items we don’t use. It’s just a fact of life. We get bored, or sometimes change our style completely and then we’re stuck with old items cluttering up our homes that are never going to be used again.

You don't have to sell clothes

But what if there was an alternative? What if you could turn your unwanted items into cash instead of donating them to someone else who may not want the same styles as you do? Get rid of your old shoes that don’t fit and books you’ve read. Sell those items on craigslist or at a yard sale to make money.

If you have electronics like laptops or cell phones in good condition then sell them too- they’ll get more than what it’s worth! Or if furniture is just sitting idle around the house, go ahead and take it off someone else’s hands with an online auction site – people will be happy to buy from somewhere different for their home when things are looking worn out! If this is something that interests you, read on for my beginner guide to flipping thrift store finds for profit!

These are 5 things that you can do with shoes, books, furniture, kitchenware and electronics that will generate income. Plus, if you sell your old furniture it might be worth more than you think – so don’t throw it out!

Styles change and so do you! Make good use of accessories and old shoes that you no longer want. Some people don’t want to necessarily sell clothing but don’t sleep on shoes and accessories.

Books that you’ve read and no longer want or use

I’ve been thrifting for years and I know that you should never judge a book by its cover! You might find some hidden treasures in old books. Plus, there are plenty of sites dedicated to selling used books like BookScouter or TextBooksGlobal.com – they make it easy. If you ready to dive a little deeper you can even list the books on Amazon for money.

Your old electronics, like a laptop or cell phone

We all have a drawer FULL of old electronics of last generation cell phones. Put your old cell phones, laptops, tablets or other electronics to good use by selling them. Sell them online or locally for cash and make money!

Sell old plates and mugs that are collecting dust in your cabinets.

If you are like me, then you have a cabinet full of plates and mugs that you never use! Why not sell them to make some money? You could even get creative by adding an old plate or mug as the perfect addition to someone’s thrift home decor project.

Your furniture

It’s worth more than you think! You can make money off of furniture in a few different ways. You can sell it to people who need new pieces or you could also turn around and buy the items for cheaper prices at thrift stores, clean them up then resell them yourself – that way you’re not taking anything away from anyone else’s livelihood!

There are so many ways to make money for selling old items and stuff you find at the thrift. Did you check out YouTube video about it?
