Ingredients

  • 1 small Avocado
  • 1 Hard boiled egg
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil Mayo
  • 1 tbsp Koops Arizona Heat Mustard
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Perfect Pinch Southwest Seasoning to taste
  • 2 Tortillas
  • 6 oz Smoked Turkey
  • 2 slices tomato

Instructions

  • Lay all of the ingredients out on the counter. Boil your egg in a small pot while you gather your ingredients for the food processor. Place the avocado, salt, pepper, Southwest Seasoning, mayo and mustard in the food processor while you wait for the hard boiled egg to be done. Cool down your egg and while you wait, warm up your tortillas. Place the tortillas on a plate and peel your egg and add it to the food processor with the rest of the prepped ingredients. Place your turkey onto the warmed tortillas, spread the combined avocado mixture onto the tortilla and add some tomato. ENJOY!
